Turnkey fiber-coupled diode laser with internal monitoring and integrated thermoelectric (Peltier) cooler up to 250W

Mergenthaler fiber-coupled high power diode laser systems are a cost-effective solution for easy integration into machines and systems.
The high brightness diode laser systems are offered with fiber diameters from 100 µm to approx. 800 µm.

Various wavelengths of 808nm, 915nm, 940nm and 980nm for laser powers up to 250W are available. The typical service life of the diode laser is around 20,000 hours. We are now also offering blue, air cooled lasers with a wavelength of 445nm and 100W light output in 200µm fiber for laser soldering with reduced reflection and improved process management.

Applications of the diode laser are selective laser soldering, laser plastic welding, laser heating, heating of substrates in a vacuum, preheating for thermal bonding and many other processes. Together with oursLaser heads and theLaser process controller LASCON® can easily be set up as a complete industrial production system.
